• I have the original iPhone 2G, do you repair them?

  • I do not repair the original iPhone for several reasons. Due to their design, parts are expensive and labor is intensive. This makes the repairs much more expensive to offer; consequently, most people choose to upgrade their phone with one of the newer, faster models. I do not stock any original iPhone parts. The internals are more prone to damage during repair, causing a greater liability for iPhoneRepairs.net ... As a business decision, we have ceased all support for the original iPhone 2G.

  • I'm not sure which iPhone model I have, how can I tell?

  • The original iPhone 2G has a two-toned back side, a silver metal back with a black plastic section beneath the silver, it will have either 4GB or 8GB storage capacity.
    The newer iPhone 3G will have a solid black or white plastic back, it will have either 8GB or 16GB storage capacity.
    The newest iPhone 3GS will also have a solid black or white plastic back, it will have either 16GB or 32GB storage capacity.

  • I live in or around St. Louis or Kansas City, how do I arrange having you repair my iPhone?

  • You need to contact me by phone, text or e-mail and we will arrange an appointment. Most repairs can be completed in 20 to 30 minutes while you wait.



  • How do I pay if we meet in person for the repairs?

  • You can pre-pay by purchasing the repair on this website in the Online Store. You can also pay at the time of the repair with cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or with Paypal (Paypal offers an excellent App for that).



  • I live too far from St. Louis and Kansas City to meet you, how do I arrange having you repair my iPhone?

  • You can purchase the repair or repairs that you need on this website in the Online Store. You will also need to add the Return Shipping option of your choice. Once you check out with Paypal, you will be contacted with the address that you will need to mail your iPhone to me. You will also receive a unique transaction code that you will need to include with your iPhone when you mail it. Once I receive your iPhone, I will repair it on the same day as I receive it and mail it back to you using the shipping option you have chosen. It will be sent back with shipping insurance and tracking confirmation.



  • What if I do not know exactly what repair I need?

  • No problem. Simply choose the repair or repairs you think you might need. I will troubleshoot your iPhone and let you know if you need any further repairs or a different repair. I will invoice you via Paypal if the needed repairs exceed the amount you have already paid. You can choose to have me do those repairs or just have me return your iPhone to you. If no repairs are made, I will refund your money, less shipping and a $15 diagnostic fee.



  • Do you guarantee your repair services?

  • I use genuine OEM Apple repair parts - all of which are warranted against defect for 30 days. I also guarantee the quality of my workmanship for 30 days.
